IO Exception

Hello,

I am having issues with my Cryptocloud software. When I attempt to log in via the software, I get this error:

"A Fatal Error Occurred While Connecting: IO Exception"

I have Java 32 and 64 bit installed, Norton 360, Win 7 Home 64 bit and connect through a router. I obviously am new to this and have submitted a ticket. Was hoping someone in here could help me. Thanks.

I have the same issue when I try to connect. I use windows XP.

Have you switched servers to see if that is the cause? Also did it work before you used the newest java?

Actually when a change to another contry (netherland) it works. thanks. But I realize that I need to be connectec in France to be able to watch some replays. is there a way to get a server in France ?

We are working at a server in France and previously had one. We had some trouble as it was the time Hadopi was at its fever and our company is opposed to monitoring and tracking.
