US West Server Status

Hello peeps, I have had a trouble ticket in since May 14th because I cannot connect to the US West server but have not received any response.
Does anyone here use that server?
Does it work for you?

I can connect to the US East server but it is not ideal for me as the bandwidth is often times slow and Netflix is not reliable over it. Like right now I'm getting about 4.6Mb/s but if I turn it off I can get over 11Mb on my AT&T U-verse connection. I used to use VyperVPN and it was great but they do too much logging.

I've rebuilt the connection per the website instructions and even tried it from work with no success. It just tries to connect and then gives an error 800 cannot establish a VPN connection.

Anyone have any ideas?

I am having issues with the West Coast VPN as well. I get Error: 800 when I attempt to connect. I am able to connect to the South Carolina VPN just fine thought. Any idea when/if the West Coast one is going to be fixed?
