| I have downloaded the client, but whenever I log in, it says invalid characters in username. For some reason, my username is my email, and it has dots and @ in it. How do we fix this?
PPTP is working fine though.

PPTP is working fine though. Since the latest round of database hardening, we've seen a couple of these character transposition problems arise (a parser appears to be converting @ to %, with the latter rejected as a possible SQLi signature - or that's what I'm seeing, thus far). We're fixing them manually, as we add a layer of de-transposing logic to the database calls. In the meantime, if you email me (PatternJuggled<a.t>denspace<dot>org) I will get your userID reset to something without problematic characters so you can use OpenVPN as well. Apologies for the delay. Cheers, - Pt_jD
