| I've been using cryptocloud for about a year. I've found the connection to be reliable and the speeds good.
However, I've decided to cancel my account. The admin seem to have abandoned the site. How can I trust you to securely maintain your servers if you can't respond to your customers queries? As others have mentioned in the forums the customer support is atrocious for a premium service! It's just a real shame that a service like cryptocloud that is technically very good has been neglected and allowed to die from indifference.
On attempting to cancel I'm met with a critical database error on attempted login so I can't even do that!
Kind regards

| J - I've taken the liberty of screenshotting your post, and putting it in a pinned "how fucked things got" thread in the staff subforum of our new customer forum. Because, yeah, things got pretty fucked. They're getting fixed now. Permanently. I offer you my regrets for the bad times this fall, for whatever it's worth. There's a story behind it, not that anyone really cares. But, ironically enough, it's going to end up being told in a rather public way early in 2013. Can't say more, for now, but when you see it you'll think " oooh, so that's what he was referencing." All the best to you. If you still have cancellation drama, drop me an email (PatternJuggled<a><t>gmail<dot>com) and I'll get it done myself if I have to. Regards, | |
