My subscription again has expired due to non payment. I have gone to your site and tried to manually pay the account with a valid card, (I used it sucessfully at a retail outlet yesterday) and it denied the payment. This seems to be something that happens with regularity, though I don't understand why. I know in your previous email you stated it is the banks but I know my card is active. Also when I followed the advice on your email to make the manual payment I was offered the opportunity to raise a ticket if it failed, unfortunately the site didn't actually provide the link to the support section.
The most troubling of all was that although my Cryptocloud service was off, it was still showing as connected giving me the belief that I was protected, when in fact there was no protection.
Your assistance in getting my service reactivated ASAP is appreciated.
