We've made some changes to our billing system / workflow to protect your privacy better and you might be affected if you're a paypal subscriber.
Dear Cryptocloud Customers
We have been working on certain ways to improve the privacy of our service including helping to keep our billing system and customer information systems separate. Many of you have noticed your subscriptions to paypal have been canceled, this does not affect the credit to your account in anyway. We have made certain changes including our paypal email shifting to email@example.com
While we still allow subscriptions from paypal we have moved away to a less intrusive company to manage our credit card payments / processing. We will be adding other payment options as well in the next few weeks. If you are a current paypal subscriber (i.e: subscribed before the 1st of September 2011) you will receive an email within the next 48 hours with details on how to avoid service interruption. If you are a new paypal subscriber (i.e: subscribed after the 1st of September 2011) this should not affect you in any way and your service shall remain uninterrupted.
We apologize for any confusion this may cause or the extra work of resubscribing. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving your privacy needs.
