We don't make the Internet, we just take you to it. What you see is what you get, and we have nothing to do with it. The condition of your Internet access can only be affected by Cryptocloud's service in terms of speed and connectivity. We will in no way alter what you see beyond that.
Responsibility

As the paying customer, you agree to take full responsibility for all activities you carry out while using Cryptocloud. If you do anything found by your government to be illegal, we are in no way liable for it. By agreeing to these terms, you make all attempted claims that would otherwise make us responsible null and void.

IP addresses you may be assigned as part of the service are our property, and we may alter or replace them at any time. If your account is suspected to have been 'hijacked' by another party or is proven to be involved in the theft of another party's funds, we reserve the right to suspend that account indefinitely (or until negotiations have been made).


Security and Privacy

Upon registering for this service, you are provided with a username and password. You are to be the only holder of this information apart from Cryptocloud itself. We hold no responsibility for any misuse of your account by another party, but will serve due justice if it occurs. If you see unauthorized activity being made with your account, notify us immediately and we will investigate.

Any personal information you provide with your account is kept private and stored only for as long as your account exists. When your account is deleted, so is any information associated with it. We do not keep logs of user activity for the sake of privacy.

Should you forget your Username and / or Password, the only means of recovering access to your Cryptocloud account are to raise a ticket through our Support desk. Login credentials will only be sent to the email address that you used when originally creating the Cryptocloud account.


Subscription Fees and Billing

Prices for service packages are as follows:

    • 1 Month: $19.95
    • 3 Months: $49.95
    • 6 Months: $99.95
    • 1 Year: $179.95


You agree and understand you have established an automated or 'recurring' payments. Upon agreeing to this, charges will be billed to your credit/debit Card or Paypal account every 30, 90, 120 or 360 days for the Service for the duration specified in your decision. We are not responsible for any charges or expenses (e.g., for overdrawn accounts, exceeding credit card limits, etc.) resulting from charges billed by Cryptocloud.

Upon the expiration of any free trial period or extension thereof, charges for the subscription you have selected will be billed to the credit card or Paypal account on file, unless the account is cancelled prior to initial billing cycle. See “Cancellation” below. You are responsible for all charges and fees made in relation to your Cryptocloud account. Questions regarding payments and fees should be directed to the Support section.


Refunds and Compensation

If you wish to have a monthly payment refunded, you must meet the following qualifications:

    • You have not used more than 5GB of the relevant 30-day unlimited credit.
    • No more than seven days have passed since the purchase of said credit.
    • Your account is in good standing (no suspension or history of excessive refund requests).


If all of that applies, then you should be all set for a full refund.

If you have been unable to use the service due to technical difficulties that are of our responsibility for a significant period of time (more than five days into your payment), you may receive a partial refund as an act of courtesy and apology for the inconvenience. This is not guaranteed.

If you are mistakenly billed after leaving the service as per automated subscription, you will receive a full refund without question upon providing the relevant transaction ID.


Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your service, we do not accept requests by email. You must submit a ticket at the helpdesk in the Support section. We will not process a refund by other means under any circumstance.
Term

This agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis until the service is cancelled. Cryptocloud reserves the right to change prices of the Service upon 30 days notice. Cryptocloud reserves the right to change features of the Service at any time.


Quality

The Service speed can vary depending on location, line quality, Internet traffic, and other factors beyond the control of Cryptocloud. We cannot guarantee upload or download speeds. The Service may only work using certain internal network configurations and/or proxy server configurations. Some services may require the use of specific hardware and/or software and may be limited by specific geographic location.


Fine Print

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cryptocloud does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses (or other harmful components). Cryptocloud makes no express warranties and waives all implied warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose regarding any merchandise, information or service provided through Cryptocloud or the Internet generally. No advice or information given by Cryptocloud or its representatives shall create a warranty. Cryptocloud and its associated members (employees) are not liable for any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from your use of the services or the Internet in general, including any indirect, incidental, multiple, special, punitive, or consequential damages. In any event, Cryptocloud's cumulative liability to you (the buyer) and all claims relating to the use of the services shall not exceed the total amount of service fees paid during the three months immediately preceding a claim.

Cryptocloud shall have no liability whatsoever for any claims, losses, actions, damages, suits, or proceedings resulting from: other users accessing your computer; security breaches; eavesdropping; Denial Of Service attacks; interception of traffic sent or received using the services; your reliance on or use of the services; or the mistakes, omission, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, transmissions, or any failure of performance of the services; the use of services by you or a third party that infringes on the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, confidentiality, privacy or other industrial or intellectual property rights, proprietary rights or contractual rights of any third party, the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all services, products, and other information and the quality and merchantability of all merchandise provided through the service of the Internet. The buyer shall indemnify and hold Cryptocloud harmless against all third party claims, demands, suits, actions, judgments, losses, costs, damages (direct, indirect and consequential), attorney's fees and expenses that Cryptocloud may sustain or incur by reason of any breach or alleged breach of any term or condition of this Agreement any other policies enforced by Cryptocloud's administration.

How does the 7 days free trial work?

If you are (in any way) unsatisfied with our service during the first 7 days, please submit a support ticket and we will immediately issue a full refund, no questions asked whatsoever!
