Wow, you people said *the next day*. 24 hours have passed... and NOTHING. No updates no ETA. How long is this going to take? A year? 10? I may have to subscribe to a new VPN provider because of this downtime. I have not had a problem with your service previously, but this is just absolutely ridiculous. Down, no regular updates, no ETA, just total BS.

Provide ETAs, REGULAR UPDATES, AND TELL PEOPLE IN WAY IN ADVANCE WHEN YOUR SERVERS ARE DEAD SO PEOPLE CAN GO SUBSCRIBE TO A DIFFERENT VPN SERVICE BECAUSE YOURS IS DOWN.

Here's the best ETA on the completion of this weekend's network upgrade.

Fwiw, I'm on page with you as to the need for better communication and I've passed that word to the folks on the inside. I'll do what I can to ensure it's better in the future.

Per reply in other subforum, ETA for full network functionality is approx. 8pm EST Monday. Or so I'm told.

...don't shoot the messenger, or at least if you do shoot me do it with something interesting, eh?
