Here are some things to do when something goes wrong with our service:

    1. Don't panic! Razz

    2. Try to change servers, this will help determine if the problem is localized or system wide.

    3. If you open a support ticket, it would be great if you provide as much detailed info as you could including a connection log.

    4. Make sure you are entering your user_ID all in lowercase letters
    .


I will continue to try and update this as often as I can think of things.
